Children attending holiday club need to bring their own packed lunch.
Childcare vouchers are accepted towards the cost of your child’s place.
Admission
Parents are required to complete a registration form which contains information that we are legally obliged to retain. It is the responsibility of parents to ensure that this information is kept up to date should there be any changes in personal details. Information is always kept strictly confidential.
We provide a maximum of 22 places at any one time and if the register is full a waiting list will be operated and priority for admission given according to the date of the initial application for the place.
Subject to availability of places on the breakfast, after school club and holiday sessions, we will be prepared to offer flexibility to parents requiring irregular sessions for their children due to shift work patterns etc. Occasional extra sessions may also be available at short notice but parents should contact the administrator for details. The Willows reserves the right to make the final decision in respect of all admissions.
Invoices will be issued on a four weekly basis and are payable within the first week. The invoice should be returned to the Willows together with the fees in a sealed envelope. Cheque should be made payable to ‘The Willows Pre-School’. Receipts will be issued on request. Fees are not refundable.

If your child will not be attending the before, after or holiday club for any reason, please telephone the Willows as soon as possible. All absences must be paid for.
Meals and Snacks
The group recognises the importance of a healthy balanced diet and offers food to reflect that. Special dietary needs are catered for.
Staff Collecting & accompanying Children to and from School
Breakfast club
The Willows staff will accompany the infant school children (reception, year 1 & 2) to their classroom at 8.45am.
The junior school children (Years 3,4,5,6) will be accompanied into the play ground at 8.45am.
After School Club
Infant children will be collected from
